It was a decade ago when Nokia phones were too popular. Even our first mobile phone was a Nokia. Nokia made a bang with its simplest phones. But now the total scenario is changed. There are several reasons for Nokia to get failed.

It is time for business. Many companies are trying to stiff their position in the mobile technological field. One of the reason is the consumer for mobile phones are at its highest position. So, as a result, the competition is getting tough day by day. We are getting technologically advanced. The other popular mobile phone company's like Samsung, Apple, Oneplus R & D(Research and Development) department is doing great work and providing newer features to their consumer. But somehow the R & D department of One time favourable Nokia mobile phone was not up to its mark. The official picture of Nokia mobile "The two connecting hands" was very popular but it is not connecting people now with its technology.

Many new mobile brands like Redmi, Realme, Huawei they are providing value for money mobile product and their strategy is to sell their product through only. Oppo, Vivo is concentrating mainly on advertising. But in the case of Nokia, they are not applying any strategy to attract the consumer.

Nokia was unable to meet the necessity of the consumer.

Now they are coming with their new strategy to regain its spot in the mobile phone market. Nokia needs to go very far for that.
